What to Expect:

Arrival – Ease Into the Day

Settle in from 10:00am with freshly brewed coffee, tea and pastries. You will be welcomed by your host, and prepare for an immersive morning behind the bar.

Interactive Cocktail Masterclass

Over the course of 90 minutes, you’ll explore essential bartending skills, from tools and techniques to shaking vs. stirring, and enjoy fun, fascinating insights into spirits and cocktail history.

Each guest will:

  • Create two cocktails behind the bar (one long, one short)
  • Choose from a selection of 10 classic cocktail to learn how to make
  • Learn hands-on methods, guided by our expert bartenders

Group sizes are intimate, ensuring personalised attention and a relaxed, entertaining pace.

10:30 – 12:00 Cocktail Masterclass

12:00 – 13:00 Three-Course Lunch (Chef’s Selection)
